Bid Manager ( f/m )

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of tender platforms to identify new bidding opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate internal meetings.
• Analyze and evaluate potential bid opportunities and report to management team.
• Attending customer meetings .
• Preparation and timely submission of bidding documents.
• Complete other sales related work assigned by team leader.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor (or above) degree in Engineering or Economic Studies.
• Fluent in German and English additional language preferable (Chinese).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Good coordination and communication abilities.
• Related work experience is preferred.
